God is Merciful................

She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. John 8:11

The above scripture should be very important to the believer it reveals Jesus true nature, His nature to forgive. He refused to condemn despite His knowledge of the truth. The adulterous woman was brought to Him in the hopes of condemnation but the Lord sent her away and ordered her to sin no more. The people were not aware of it yet, but the very purpose of Jesus was to save, to give life abundantly. "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly". (John 10:10) The Lord God loves us all. His love is not what we typically see in this world. It is a profound and wonderful truth that His love for us is loaded with His goodness and mercy. Through the grace of the Holy Spirit, Who is ever-present with us, our soul and heart finds peace. Love and mercy go hand in hand. It is because of His mercy that he came to die for us.

God has always been and always will remain good and merciful. In His goodness He deals compassionately with His children. Because God is good, we may have comfort in addressing Him, for being accepted in His beloved Son (Ephesians 1:6), His eyes are now upon the righteous, and His ears attentive to their cry (Psalm 34:15). It doesn't matter if you are rejected by your spouse and family. You will always have acceptance in God's loving arm: Isn't that beautiful!

Because God is merciful we can call on Him "Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I can desire beside thee?" (Psalm 73:25). In every respect, "I will praise thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14). It doesn't matter what our situation is, we have God mercy, goodness and salvation through Christ. Glory!

Friend, let people know that you are a man/woman of God by showing forgiveness and mercy. It may not be easy, and people can be so deceitful sometimes, but still, I urge to show them the same compassion that Christ showed on us on the cross. I am urging you to forgive yourself as well. It doesn't matter what happened yesterday, or last weekend, if you confess and repent our God of mercy will forgive you, so give yourself a break, as you give your co-workers a break by being merciful and forgiving. Let God mercy and goodness remain alive in you.

Praise the Lord!

Praise God!

And again, "Praise the Lord, all you nations! Praise him, all you people of the world!" Romans 15:11
It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High;
—Psalm 92:1
Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples! Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works!
—Psalm 105:1-2

The mercy of the Lord is new every morning (Lamentation 3). Each day we can find a fresh place to begin. I don’t know about you but I woke up with a song in my heart. I feel this incredible joy. God is good all the times and some other times, he really reveals Himself to us, doesn’t He? After everything you have been through in this lifetime, I after all the trials and tribulations, hurt and pain, sickness and disease, you woke up this morning. Glory! Regardless of what I have lined up for a day, I always wake up with joy. I can’t believe God is blessing me with another day. I have to tell you I enjoy life with everything that comes with it (defeat and success, health and illness). All of it is part of the “Living experience”. God decides to bless me with another day and I am going to rejoice in it. It is really hard to rejoice sometimes, but it a lesson that I had to learn. Every day is a blessing. You and I are witnessing history. We are a part of something great, and we know that it is going to be greater when we reach our destination (heaven). Once you understand this truth, you should be able to go through your afflictions with joy knowing what is awaiting is forever. The the tests of this life are temporary but reigning with God is eternal. Let us look forward tomorrow with joy. Praise the Lord!

Friend, I do not know what you are facing this morning, you can be in the middle of the biggest fight of your life. He is still the One who cares and the One who is able. There is no greater than Jehovah, Our God and Creator. There is no other like Him. Your sickness, disease, pain, lack, broken heart, trials and tribulations are not greater than the Almighty God. If you have made a place for Jesus Christ, than god is on your side. He wants to step in. His desire is for you to live a worry free life. He is at the door waiting for you to give Him the green light. It is time to pack the hurt and the pain out of your life, and make room for peace and joy. That is what the good news of Christ is all about. Choose life, choose joy, choose peace, and don’t forget to praise the lord!

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's. Psalm 103:1-5

Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; Save me and I will be saved, For You are my praise. Jeremiah 17:14

"Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:4-5).

We already know that the Lord wants everyone to be saved (2 Peter 3:9). He also wants us to be well. God cares about every area of our lives. Naturally, our health is very important to Him. Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers." 3 John 1:2

My friend, when you are going after your miracle you have to be persistent. You have to submit to God, stay in the word by meditating on healing scriptures, pray in faith, get some elders to pray and anoint you with oil and do not stop believing no matter what you and no matter what the doctors say. Faith is what move the hand of God and not the desperation of the situation, and worry definitely does not move the hand of God. "We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised." Hebrews 6:12
Some people get lazy when it comes to going after their miracles. They get tired of reading the word of God and they get tired of praying. God is our Jeovah Rapha, The healer of all diseases not just a few (Ps. 34:6; 3:1-8; II Sam. 22:1-7, 17-20, 31. He is the ultimate promise keeper. He does what He says and says what He means. He gives directions that we must follow if we want to experience His glory. The best attitude is not desperation after diagnosis. God gives a spirit of peace and self-control. When the doctor's report does not match the word of God, you need to believe God. The same power that raised Jesus Christ from death is in you. God is our healer. He heals the common cold as well as Cancer, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, MS, Dementia and all the others that are rampant in the world. God made our bodies and surely is able to heal. Put your faith in God my friend and you will not be deceived. It is not over until God says it is.

Until our bodies become incorruptible, and as long as this world exists, we will have to suffer some form of disease. Yet, the Lord our God, Jehovah-Rapha, who loves us so very much sent His son to die for our sin and now we have eternal life and we can be healed. God does heal His people from all sicknesses and diseases. He "took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses" (Matt. 8:17). And he clearly tells us how to seek his healing power in our time of need (James 5:14-15). The Bible says that often the Lord heals us of sickness and disease by graciously preventing them (Psalm 91:4-16). Dear friend God cares. He wants you well. You can be well. You shall be well.

The name of God our Lord and Savior is Jehovah-Rapha. He is "the Lord that healeth thee." Exodus 15:23-26 tells us various things about sickness and divine healing.
Many people are afraid of certain disease because it runs in their family or because someone they love died of it. My dear friend it does not have to be that way. You can choose to trust God. Jesus died to break us free from generational curses. Disease, sickness and pain are not the will of God. They do not come from God. Our heavenly Father is good and only wants the best for us. Do no accept/agree with the liar. Believe the word of God. Trust in the Lord and His ability along with His willingness to heal you. Your health and everything else that concerns you is a priority to God. Trust him to restore health into you. Miracles still happens. You can trust God. He is able and willing to do great things for you. He is not intimidated by the name of the disease. Whatever it is the doctor says the test revealed is not greater than the blood of Christ. Choose life. Choose God' s word and be blessed and be healed!

We are healed and made free when we accept and make the work of Christ on Calvary personal. Jesus suffered those stripes to heal "YOU" personally. He took away your sickness and your pain. Accept your healing by faith and continue to meditate on the healing scripture. Do not be moved by doctor's report no matter what. Cling to the word of God. Meaning: read and meditate constantly. Let the word of God live in your heart until there is no room for doubts. Do not doubt God's healing power. The Lord still heals. He heals our body and our soul. He will heal you. This is the very name of God our Savior, JEHOVAH-RAPHA. "THE LORD THAT HEALETH THEE!"

I Am a Child of God

"God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord". 1 Corinthians 1: 9

I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death. Philippians 3:10

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

Fellowship: in the original Greek text means intimacy and partnership, communion and participation. When you are saved, you are given the right to become a partner to Christ and all that He is. And by becoming His partner you can be in perfect health because sickness and diseases have no access to Him, amen. You can prosper because you are now heir of the most High God, praise God. Good health and riches are our birthright. You have to know it and expect it.

Like wise, when a child gets adopted by a rich family, it does not matter where he/she comes from; he becomes an instant and accepted member of the family and gain right to the family riches. Unlike the ordinary family who can give up their children or in some cases lose the right to them, when you are saved you belong to God forever. The devil cannot take you away. Your salvation is secured. You are loved beyond measure and protected from generational curses, sickness and disease. In short, as a child of God, you have victory over sins. You have victory over your finances. You have victory over sicknesses and diseases. You have a working marriage. You have children who love and serve God. You have it all by faith. Claim it in Jesus name.

Now the devil cannot take your salvation away from you, but he will put the pressure on to shake your faith. Your responsibility is to remain secure in the Lord. You are to believe that all negative situations are temporary, and are an opportunity to be even closer to your heavenly father. It doesn't matter what trick the devil is trying to pull, you are more than a conqueror through Christ, and you shall live and not die and declare the works of the Lord. You keep on confessing the Word of God until the situation changes (it will change). Each day in every way, it will get better and better as you confess the word of God. There is power in the word of God. You are in fellowship with a God who is able to change all situations, praise God. You have been sick way too long. You have been broke way too long. You don't have to accept it anymore. Claim your inheritance. Claim your brand new life. It's time to break out of your situation. Amen.

Remember you are in fellowship with God, a partner through His son Jesus Christ. It doesn't matter how you feel, how impossible it seems, or what the doctors' say. It does not matter what the bank says. You will have healing, you will have the dream job, and you will own that house. You will be married, I don't care if you 40, 50 or 60. You will earn that degree. The devil is a liar. You have power, victory and dominion in the name of Jesus and that's the truth.

Keep your head high. You are an heir to the Highest, Almighty God.You are set free. You are healed. You are going from glory to glory.

Praise the Lord!

Praise God

Psalm 150

Let us praise the Lord today. We will not pray for healing or anything else today. Let us declare today a day of worship and praise. God is merciful and faithful. Let us praise him today for who He is. Thank you Father for your love. Thank you for being you.

1 Praise the LORD

Praise God in his sanctuary;
praise him in his mighty heavens.
2 Praise him for his acts of power;
praise him for his surpassing greatness.
3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet,
praise him with the harp and lyre,
4 praise him with timbrel and dancing,
praise him with the strings and pipe,
5 praise him with the clash of cymbals,
praise him with resounding cymbals.

6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD.

Words Have Power..........

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
1 Thessalonians 5: 11

Do not use harmful words, but only helpful words, the kind that build up and provide what is needed, so that what you say will do good to those who hear you. Ephesians 4:29

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

Have you ever been in needs of comfort and someone you trusted uses the opportunity to hurt you? Even those we love and claim to love us fail us miserably at times. People often try to coerce us in order to get what they want from us. It is a dangerous and hurtful form of brainwashing. People assume if they hurt you enough then you would not be strong enough to do what is right and to follow God's lead. Consequently, easier to manipulate. Just recently I experienced ridicule and mockery of the worst kind from an unlikely source. It was so powerful that uncontrollable tears came down my face instantly. I did not see it coming. I was devastated and I had to turn my telephone off and run to God for comfort. The people who harm us are not always our enemies. They can also be loved ones. We have to be wise when it comes to seeking counsel. "Do not speak to a fool, for he will scorn the wisdom of your words." Proverbs 23:9

People hurt each other on purpose. You have to be careful who you listen to and the Bible urges us not to listen to what people have to say. Do not let them hurt you with words. Do not pay attention to every word people say, or you may hear your servant cursing you—for you know in your heart that many times you yourself have cursed others. (Ecclesiastes 7:21-22 NIV)

God has called the Christian to be an encourager:
“Encourage one another and build each other up.” (1 Thess. 5:11)
“Let us encourage one another…” (Heb. 10:25)
Encourage one another daily…” (Heb. 3:13)
Naturally, we sometimes do just the opposite. We tear down instead of building up. We must understand that each time we encourage someone, it may change the course of his/her life. If someone comes to you in tears do not kick him while down. We have to pick him up and wipe down the tears. That is our job as ambassador of Christ.

Dear friend, the Bible commands us to encourage each other. By being an encourager, you can build people’s self-worth. Tearing down might be easy but there God take no pleasure in hurting someone. The Bible tells us not to spend time criticizing each other, running each other down; looking for the dirt marks, weak spots in each others' lives. There's enough of that in this world without Christians beating on each other, too. What we need now is enduring love, patience, kindness and builders and not destroyers. We shouldn't laugh at people's weakness. Mockery is not of God. You and I have to show the world the love of God by treating each other with kindness. Whatever form it takes, encouragement that is in the name of Jesus that builds people up rather than tearing them down should be our hearts' desire.

Be responsible for a smile and not a tear. Be an encourager! Speak life, health and prosperity over each other. Play a part in someone's restoration and not destruction and be blessed!

Praise the Lord!

Victory in Jesus!

*The LORD says: 'Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet. Psalms 110:1

*But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57

*But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. 2 Corinthians 2:14

*“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletouravecjoline/blogspot.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

What is it you are supposed to do while being persecuted?
The Lord says to sit at His right and He will make your enemy a footstool for your feet. Never has He made it your victory clearer. Your enemies cannot win, as long as you sit at His right; being at His right means a powerful place, "Under your feet" means "where you have destroyed them". Now, God knew that His people (old and young) were going to have opposition and that they would have enemies, but He guaranteed victory.

The enemies are not just people. They could be the circumstances of your life: Sicknesses and pain, inability to find a job, or a spouse to share your life. The enemy could be your or inability to conceive a child or it could be any type of financial challenge, but God already made you a promise of abundance and all you have to do is accept it. You can do that by meditating and believe that you received. All of His promises are yours to keep. If you are a believer, you are a descendant of Abraham, David and Jacob. God will lift up your head; you shall not be the tail. Praise the Lord! You may be going through right now but it will not last. It will have to stop; it is a promise of God to you. Your health will be restored. Your neighbors are going to stop persecuting you. This situation with your boss is going to end. Your marriage is going to be restored and love ones are going to come to the Lord. It is done.

Let your mouth be filled with praise, have the knowledge that the evil doers and the circumstances of your life are temporary. God will restore you and place you back in place of honor and abundance. Align your thoughts with God words and soon, very soon the victory you already have in the supernatural will manifest itself in the natural.

Friend, you cannot forget who you are in Christ. You cannot give up. Victory is yours. Victory was won at Calvary. The devil is a liar. Your situation is not hopeless. Doctors have been wrong. Hold on to the truth. Hold on to Christ. Have a blessed week, be positive, your life is about to change, you are going to experience God limitless ability to change your circumstances. Be ready, your cup is going to be filled. It is a promise of God.

Praise the Lord!

What Will Heaven Be Like?

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:2-3

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

What a wonderful promise! What images come to mind when you think of Heaven? What is Heaven really like? And what will we be like when we get there? The Bible doesn't go into details about heaven because "eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him" (1 Cor 2:9). We simply cannot fathom the glory that awaits us. When I think of the magnificence of God, I am convinced that heaven will be mind-blowing. God is an amazing architect. There will also be no more death in heaven. There will be no more children suffering the mental and physical abuse of a step parents. There will be no disease in Heaven: AIDS, Cancer, Alzheimer, Diabetes, and High Blood Pressure, and all of the others ravaging our physical bodies will be forever gone, Revelation 22:3

Mothers will finally relax in heaven, their children will never again be sent to fight senseless wars, their husbands will no longer run off with the neighbors or secretaries. Relationships will be pure and pain and "mind game" free. I am looking forward to that one. There will be no crying in heaven, no more hurt because your skin is a different color or speak with an accent. No more rejection because of your background, finally complete acceptance. No more striving for the best education, the best job and the best social status because we'll be the bride of the Ultimate Provider, He will take care of our needs. No more sins! Our physical bodies will be glorified and we will sin no more, we'll be completely restored, glory! Did you know that we will recognize each other in heaven? Matthew 17 reveals that Peter recognized both Elijah and Moses even though they lived years apart. In heaven, we will know not only our loved ones but everyone else that is there. My ultimate favorite is to finally see Christ face to face, to be able to thank Him for giving me the opportunity to be with Him. I will no longer imagine His smile; I will get to see it.

Jesus is our bridge to heaven. There is no alternate road. "Jesus says to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me". John 14:6 His death offers forgiveness of your sins. Acknowledge that you are a sinner; accept Him as your savior and the promise of heaven will be yours as well.

Praise the Lord!

My God is Faithful!

God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful. 1 Corinthians 1:9

I do not hide your righteousness in my heart; I speak of your faithfulness and salvation. I do not conceal your love and your truth from the great assembly. Psalm 40:10

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blospot.com

There are countless stories of the faithfulness of God throughout the Bible. Those who put their trust in him are never put to shame. You and I must decide to trust him. We must choose this instant that He is the only way. He knows what he is doing and we must rely on his might. God knows how to bring comfort in the midnight hour. He knows how to bring peace in the middle of a storm but you will not experience his peace unless you dwell at his feet. You cannot be a hit a nd run child of God who came to him only when it fits your schedule. you have to remain at his feet and when the storms come as they always do, you will have no fear because you will already the heart of God. You will not fear. There are times when we cannot see the hands of God but we have to trust the heart of God.

God is looking for sons and daughters who will sleep through the night in the middle of chaos. He is looking for those whose faith won't be shaken at the first sign of calamity. Can He count on you? God is looking for those who are faithful in affliction. Can you be faithful? God is looking for those who understand that His plan for their lives is a good one. He is looking for those who seek him with all of their hearts. Can He count on you? My friend the truth is that God is faithful. He has always been faithful. He has not changed. We are the ones who doubts him. Those who rely on God understand that he is always with them. God is always with us. We have to seek God with all of our hearts and we will find him and only then we will be able to experience the faithfulness of God.

Praise the Lord!

The Love of God Works Miracle

Soon afterward he went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a great crowd went with him. As he drew near to the gate of the town, behold, a man who had died was being carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow, and a considerable crowd from the town was with her. And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her and said to her, "Do not weep." Then he came up and touched the bier, and the bearers stood still. And he said, "Young man, I say to you, arises." And the dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother. Fear seized them all, and they glorified God, saying, "A great prophet has arisen among us!" and "God has visited his people! Luke 7:11-16

The widow got an unexpected miracle. We are serving a God full of compassion for His people. He rewards us when we least expect it, that is why it is so important to seek His Kingdom first. We can trust Him to take care of our dearest needs. God is telling you "Do not weep" this morning. He hears your cry, He loves you. He wants to touch your situation this morning. You have been crying long enough. You have been carrying this pain way too long. Would you put it on God capable hand this morning? His compassion has not changed. He loves you just the same. What He did for others, He is still willing to do for you. Will you please trust Him this morning? Bring your trouble to Him once and for all, and leave it at His feet. Your days of sadness, fear and worry are over, praise God; we are serving a compassionate, living God.

Call on God...............

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13

Just because Jesus is no longer eating and walking among us in a physical body doesn't mean that we cannot count on Him. Today's Jesus is pretty much like yesterday Jesus. "For I am the LORD, I change not" Malachi 3:6; Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8. He is the miracle worker. He still saves. His compassion is the same. He still wants to bring you peace. You may not see Him in the natural but you must know, without a shadow of a doubt that He is with you.

So you are in trouble, the walls are closing in, call on His name. Are you at the bottom of the pit? Don't call on those who will not answer. Call on the one who will never be too busy for you. Most friends go into hiding when they know you are in needs, when you are in pain. They just don't know how to deal with you or what to do or say when you are going through the tough times, but Christ knows exactly how to comfort you because He's been there at the bottom of the pit. Are you in pain? He went through pain. Are you rejected? He suffered rejection. Are they plotting against you at work? Oh how He understands plots! There is nothing that you may be going through today that He cannot related to. He understands firsthand the torments of this world and more importantly He knows how to get you out of them. This is how my favorite Bible teacher explains the authority of Jesus "Just because He died on the cross does not mean He is no longer powerful, if anything, by his resurrection, Jesus was exalted to the right of God and declared to be Lord of all, the King of kings in the sense that God has subjected everything to His power." Friend,  Jesus is the Christ of glory, the preferred "Son" of God. That is why we can count on Jesus!

You may feel lonely this morning, no where to turn, no one to call but I assure you Jesus is near, His invisible hand is holding and guiding your every step. If you would just turn to Him, He would rush to your rescue, the only reason why you are still alone is by choice because He is alive. He is alive. He is now seated to the right of the Father waiting to plead your case. Waiting to fight for your causes, your battles, waiting (with pounding heart) for you to make the first move. Your victory is up to you. You may continue to fight alone or you may call on the One who never lost a battle. Glory! The choice is totally yours. You may not be able to see Him, but this presence and communion with Jesus is only possible by faith; if you do not have faith, you cannot experience his presence and glory in action. Jesus is the bridge toward God, for us Christians. Any access to God is by grace, gift of God, because God is inaccessible by nature; only by grace can men approach God. Only by the blood of Christ can we approach God.

Release your faith this morning. Let go of your pride. Put your faith in God; believe that He cares about you. He cares so much that He sent His son, Jesus Christ to be die for your sins and salvation. His intention is for you to be saved in every sense of the word. He planned for you to be at the next level. Just hang on tight to the word of God meditate on it day and night and soon you will enjoy perfect/complete victory. The victory you already have in the spiritual will manifest in the natural.

Praise the Lord!

Jesus is Lord!

The earth is the Lord and everything in it, the world and all who live in it; for he -founded it upon the seas and established it upon waters." Psalm 24:1

www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

We like to claim that Jesus is in charge of our lives but when adversity comes we want to manipulate the events to our advantage. We studied last year the name "Adonai" which means owner, master, lord. The Bible says that "You're not your own; you were brought at a price" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We all know by now that the price was the blood of Christ. We need to submit to God authority because whether we live or die, we belong to Him, the Creator of all things. (Romans 14:8).

God wants to prosper all areas of your life. He wants us to be blessed. We have to be faithful and obedient to Him. We have to surround ourselves completely to Him. We have to faithfully serve our Lord. We have to learn to let Him lead even when adversity comes, “for when we are weak He is strong”. Proverb 31:17 “He (Jesus) said, my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness”. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose”. Romans 8:28

Is there any area of live that Jesus does not have control over? An area you'd rather keep to yourself? Maybe it's your marriage you'd like to keep control of by not being a submissive wife. Maybe it's it is a certain sin that becomes a stronghold and you become comfortable with it. Ask God to take control of it today and get free. Ask Him to help you understand the power of his Lordship and he will. Do you know what you are doing when you become a Christian? You are forsaking your own ways, and allowing God to take COMPLETE/TOTAL control of your life with no exceptions whatsoever

Remember that Jesus id Lord. He knows your limits and he provides the necessary strength you need to accomplish the task of your daily lives. Submit to Him. Give in. Relinquish the power and control of your existence and release yourself to God’s capable hand and have the complete Adonai experience. How do you allow God to control your life? First you must trust that Jesus died for your sins, ask Jesus into your life, and then you repent of all the sins you can remember doing, and then you allow God to rule and reign over your life, and the Holy Spirit will guide you; it takes time, but just keep speaking out that you are not your own and you belong to Jesus!

And Father how grateful I am for your Son Jesus Christ! Help me trust you the way He does. Help me relinquish control of my life, so that you can mold and make me just the way you intended for me to be when you created me. Help me to not resist Your Hand upon my life and allow me to experience your joy, and peace finally. Amen!

We Need Favor of God............

Honestly we need God.

Jesus grew in wisdom and maturity. He gained favor from God and people. Luke 2:52

For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord. Proverbs 8:35

wwww.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouavecjoline.blogspot.com

God created us to have perfect oneness with Him. He created us to glorify Him. God created everything for us. We were created to have dominion over the creation but disobedience to God cause us to lose the favor of God and to be back in God's favor, we need to walk in obedience. God blesses those who walk in faithfulness. To receive favor is to be somebody's favorite and being somebody"s favorite means that you get special attention. The favor of God is what you should seek my friend and not money. The Bible tells countless stories of people who received favor of God. Sarah received favor. God blessed her with her child when it was impossible because of her old age. The Lord was with Joseph also, and he granted Joseph favor with the chief jailer (Gen 39:21). With God favor, Joseph was able to achieve his destiny with his own life and for his family as well. Noah found favor with the LORD (Gen 6:8). The rains came down hard just like predicted for over a century and the floods came up, and Noah and his family alone were saved.

We can admit that never in the history has there been a generation with so much and yet with no satisfaction. Let us be honest, in America, everything is within reach. If you dream it, you can achieve it; but It brings no joy, and no satisfaction. You can actually feel the emptiness flowing into people. That is one of the reasons why marriages fail. People are desperately looking for satisfaction. People have collection of cars, numerous houses and many sexual partners but they have no joy. That is why drug and alcohol are rampant in communities. People are looking for the wrong things. They are looking for self-interests instead of God's interests. They no longer glorify God. They glorify themselves. We do whatever we can to feel the void in our hearts. We go after everything except God.

Friend, we are losing our children. Young people are dying of drug overdose and alcohol abuse. They desperately need God. Our hearts get broken every day. How many young people full of promise do we lose every year? When will we be mad enough to go out and do something? It is our job to share the good news of Christ with them. We must turn curse into blessing. We must turn back to God. We need to call on His cleansing power. God promised to bring back all of His favor: "A faithful man shall abound with blessings" (Proverbs 28:20). It is the only way to receive favor of God.

Let us determine in our hearts not to look at the failure of the past. Let us run back home just like the prodigal son. Let us put God before our own interests. Let us seek God, and truly seek Him. Let us open our hearts to receive His fullness. God’s plan is that you and I fulfill our destiny.

"A faithful man shall abound with blessings" (Proverbs 28:20).

Praise the Lord!

How Should Christians Deal with Tragedy?

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling to one another:
“Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.”
At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke. Isaiah 6:1-4

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

What do we do when tragedy strikes? Do we ask why? Do we feel sorry for ourselves? Do we blame God? Do we get angry? When tragedy strikes we need to worship. When our heart is overwhelmed with grief, we must turn to God. Isaiah and David knew a thing or two about worship. They praise God through their trials. Worship is an essential element of the Christian life and, like praise, is a tool we can use to push the enemy out of the atmosphere. We know that God is the giver of life. He does not take it away. We must learn to recognize the enemy's work. When a love one get sick or die, we people feel helpless because they don't have control of the situation. The truth is we are never in control. When we give our life to Christ, we relinquish control and our life is no longer our own but His.

Crisis often make people question God but does not being God just because you are in crisis. He does not stop being faithful because you cannot see the future. You should not feel lost because of hardship when God is your foundation. We must build our life on Christ the Solid Rock. All other ground is sinking sand. God is our only solid foundation and our true security. Our future is never more secured than when we surrender to Christ.

Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Friend, Regardless how bad a situation may seem to us, God is able to use it for good. Trusting God will help us toward accepting the bad news that has come into our life because we will always see bad things that happen as working for our good in the Lord’s hands.

Philippians 4:4 “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.” We don't rejoice because we are in denial. We rejoice because we trust God. We know he has control of all things. We rejoice in the promise to be with Him in glory one day soon.

Let us pray! Father how grateful we for your love. Thank you for your ongoing work in us and  perfecting what concerns us. Thank you for you holy presence in time of great pain. We rejoice in you. We call you holy because you are holy. Strengthen what is weak in us Father and help us stand firm until we see you in glory. In jesus name we pray. Amen!

Praise the Lord!

My Unchanging God............

"For he is the living God, enduring forever. His kingdom shall never be destroyed, and his dominion has no end. He delivers and rescues, he works signs and wonders in heaven and on earth." Daniel 6:26-27

www.bibletourwithjoline.com/dailydevotions.asp
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

W we all know the story of Daniel and the lions. Daniel grew up in Babylon, in the King's house and has faithfully served as an advisor to both King Darius and his predecessor Nebuchadnezzar. Jealous of his stature, other advisors fool Darius into outlawing prayer to anyone but the King, knowing Daniel, an Israelite, is a worshiper of the one true God. It's a test of faith for Daniel and an opportunity to show his faith as well. Daniel's people had been conquered and taken to captivity during the 6th Century B.C.

The first thing I admire is the fact that Daniel chose to obey God even though He knew what the consequences of his actions. Daniel's prayer relationship with God was important enough to risk losing his life over. Second, Daniel put himself in danger for God sake, and he didn't ask God to rescue him, he knew that God would keep those lions in control.

There have to be a time in your life when you have to get past the point of "trying" to trust God. You have to trust naturally. It has to come without a struggle. That's why we called the Christian walk a journey. As you're walking you have to make progress, you have to advance until you reach your destination. How sad would it be to go through the journey of life and to never know God intimately when it all says and done? It's only when you know Him intimately that you will learn to trust Him.

Like Daniel, we face all kind of difficulties in our daily lives. Lions come in all shapes and sizes and like him we need to learn to make the difficult choices and take a stand for what is right and stand for righteousness. Daniel got a miraculous ending. He trusted God and as a result he benefited from God's faithfulness. Who knows what you will experience when you learn to let go of yourself and learn to trust God? It is through our adversity that our strength gets perfected.

God cannot be destroyed. He rescues His people. He is the same today, yesterday and forever (Malachi 3:6). God's character never changes. He never is "less than" who He used to be. He never improves because there is no improvement possible. Praise God! He is already perfect. God is always wise, always sovereign, always a loving father, always good, always just, always holy, always merciful, always gracious and indeed the Almighty. Whatever God is, He always is. There are no "sometimes" attributes of God. All of his attributes are "always" attributes. He always is what He is and he desires to accomplish great things through you. He wants to take you to the next level. He wants to give you victory in all areas of your life. The question as you are approaching the weekend is will you let Him accomplish that?

Praise the Lord!

Do Not Fear!

"Therefore do not worry, saying what will we eat? Or what will we wear? For your Heavenly Father knows that you need all these things". Matthew 6: 31-32

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

Putting your faith in God DOES work. I am talking from experience. I know exactly what it is like to toss and turn all night long and then take a pill the next night to sleep, and another pill or caffeine drink to keep awake through the day. I have known the fear of not having enough to pay my bills, the fear of losing house and my job, the fear of getting sick, the fear of marrying the wrong person, and the fear of letting the right person go. I have known the endless fear of living alone and dying alone. I have been tormented and challenged in every area of my life.
I WAS LOCKED UP IN A PRISON OF WORRY AND FEAR FOR A LONG TIME.

One day, I opened my Bible to Matthew chapter 6 and I have been leading a different life ever since, (Praise God!). Matthew 6 is God's provision for a worry-free life. In Matthew 6, our loving Father is clearly telling us not to worry. Matthew 6 to me is a summary of everything God reveals about himself throughout the Bible. He is saying:

I am Jehovah-Elyon; The Most High Lord, who sees all and can do all (Psalms 7)
I am Jehovah Rohi, The Lord your Shepherd who takes great care of you (Psalms 23)
I am Jehovah Shalom, The Lord your peace (Judges6: 21)
I am Jehovah Rapha, The Lord who heals you (Exodus 15:26)
I am Jehovah Jireh, The Lord who provides for you (Genesis 22:14)
I am Jehovah-Nissi, The Lord Your Banner/Who gives you victory (Exodus 17:15).
I am Jehovah Sabaoth, The Lord of Armies who fights your battles (Isaiah 44:6, Malachi 3:7, and Psalms 46:7)
Obviously when you have Jehovah on your side, there isn't a need to worry. Besides, the word of God says "which of you can add a single hour to span of life by worrying? (Matthew 6:27).

Friend, if worrying is sign of little faith; then putting an end to worry could be the right step in faith building. Make the decision to trust God. Ask Him through prayers to help you trust Him. "Ask, and it will be given to you" (Matthew 7:7)
Don’t let worry and fear paralyze you for another minute. Unlock the prison door. Break free. Jesus died for you freedom. Claim that freedom in His name. Read Matthew chapter 6:25-34 and get on the road to recovery.

Praise the Lord!

Why Does God Allow People to Suffer 2?

Why do Children suffer?
Part #2

“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God” (Psalm 14:1).
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

This part #2 of yesterday's daily devotions concerning children. Yesterday we were reminded that God did not create us to suffer and die. He created us to live and serve Him. The bible is clear about that.

Even though babies and young children may not yet be competent enough to understand the concept of right from wrong, they are still sinners by nature and will sadly become sinners by choice later in life. It is inevitable. Although we don't like to see anyone suffer, we must remember that The Lord Jesus Christ, who was the only “innocent” and “righteous” man ever lived, suffered more than anyone else. He did not even die for his own sake. He did for you and I.

Friend, you and I cannot and should not establish the standards of what is right and what is wrong considering how deceitful our hearts can be. Only the Creator has the right to do so. We just have to settle it our hearts and minds. We must accept the fact that we couldn't begin to understand God's purpose and we must accept that whatever God does is right even though it makes no sense to us. Most atheists, do not have any evidence on which to base their faith in “no God”, often resort to hearsay and this problem of suffering is the most common among them. This excuse has gained momentum because almost every human will suffer some kid of pain in life and share a collective fear of pain and suffering. The “problem of pain,” is atheism's most persuasive weapon against Christianity.

The Bible is clear on our limited understanding of God's plan. But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? Romans 9:20 says this: “Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’" We need also to recognize that our bodies and even our minds were created by God. We can only use them to the extent that He allows, and it arrogant and frankly audacious for us to use them to question God (Our creator) and His motives.

My dear friend, here is the truth: the whole world is in pain. People are suffering physically, mentally, spiritually and financially. All of us we fall into hard times in this life. As we discussed in length yesterday, God did not create the world this way. The "Fall of Man" brought this bondage of corruption that cases pain and death to this earth but the good news is that one day soon, God promised to put a permanent end to our suffering. Every suffering adult and every parent of a sick child should plant Revelation 21:4 in their heart: "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Expect God to right every wrong (Rom12:19). He will avenge His children who have suffered unfairly, yet trust Him-Luke 18:8
Before you continue on with your day, I would like for you to rest assured that God loves you. He created you for his glory. He wants the best for you and He knows what best for you. Regardless of what you may be facing today, remember that God exists. He sees. He cares. One day it will all makes sense. I want you to plant the following two verses in your heart when going through your trials:

However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him" 1 Corinthians 2:9

“For we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).

Praise the Lord!

Hiding Place in God..........

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord rescues them from them all. (Psalm 34:17-19)

www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

Anyone who says that life will be a walk in the park once you become a Christian is a liar. To be honest, more trouble seems to come to those who accept Christ. As far as I am concerned it seems inevitable. Everyone I know is going through something. I am always coming out of something while getting into something new. But why is there always so much opposition? As Christians we have a real enemy. He wants us to turn away from God in order to make us doubt our salvation. He wants to blind us and lead us into sin to make us think that we can never be forgiven again. He wants us to feel alone, depressed and oppressed. He ultimately wants us all in hell  with him, forever separated from God. This enemy is a well-known liar named Satan. It is important to know his nature. In times of need, we have to remember that the Lord is on our side, that He loves us unconditionally and that He renews the strength of those who hope in Him; so should we worry when going through the hard times? Those who believe that God is everything He says He is do not worry. They remain steadfast in trouble for they know every problem is an opportunity to see the glory of God.

Every tough situation is a privilege to see God do what He does best: taking care of His children. When all doors

seem to be closing at once and I have no where to turn, I find a hiding place in God. You can also find your hiding place in God. Today was especially difficult but God supernaturally gave me the strength to pull through my situation. He opened up my eyes to understand that whether painful or hurtful, somehow it fits His plan for my protection and for a secure future.  Not surprisingly, He has promised to keep each one of us safe, holy, separated unto Himself; and He is a promise keeper (glory!). “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth gives way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.” (Psalm 46:1-3) I realized today that God will always choose the hardships that best prepare us for the future challenges. It may not look or feel like it at the time but as we rest in Him, it becomes abundantly clear that it struggle accomplishes its purpose and at the appointed time and place God always comes to our rescue. “My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.” (Psalm 62:1-2)

Friend, may you rest peacefully in His plan and provision! Don’t be foolish to turn away from such deep love. Trust your Shepherd to lead you to green pastures. May you know without a doubt that God’s hand is never too far off to save! May you live in perfect union with Him!  May you know that in Him alone you are safe so that you can be still, and unshaken in His divine presence! May you know that He is God. Your only hiding place forever.

Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still. (Exodus 14:13-14)

The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. (Psalm 9:9-10)

My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life. (Psalm 119:50)

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand you save me. (Psalm 138:7)

Praise the Lord!

Why Does God Allow People to Suffer?

Why Do Children suffer part #1?

Jesus left the synagogue and went to the home of Simon. Now Simon’s mother-in-law was suffering from a high fever, and they asked Jesus to help her. So he bent over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. She got up at once and began to wait on them. Luke 4:38-39

www.biletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

Someone told me just the other day that he did not believe in God because he suffered too much as young child and it was a conversation that left me completely disturbed. I wonder if other people think the same way? This type of thinking that show spiritual immaturity should be taken lightly. You and I must understand that suffering does not come from God.  He allows pain because of the curse due to the original sin. God is infinitely good and merciful. He did not create us to die. He create us to have a relationship with Him. He wants us to have an abundant life. Sin separated us from God, that is why God sent His son Jesus Christ to die. His death reconciled us with the Father. The body of Christ needs to work harder in showing the world the light. Jesus is the light of the world and it is up to us to share the good news of Christ with them. Besides, it was a command that come from Christ himself:
" Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:16-20

What do you say when someone tells you that God is not real because a child suffers? Listen, I can relate to suffering. I suffered physically as a child, and I suffered emotionally by watching my young mother suffered physically until her death in her mid-thirties. She died of a condition that is now controllable with just one pill, but we pleaded with God back then. We prayed. We fasted. We believed but she suffered until the day she died. why did God let it happen?  It took years before I understood it and finally made peace with it. God has proven himself to be faithful even in our suffering. We are often to focus on our pain to realize it. People who are in pain seem to believe that God had left them, but God showed me that he never left me and He did not abandon my mother. The truth is that God lives within us and promise to never leave us. Sickness disease and pain and even death cannot separate us from God. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39

God cares. He understands pain and suffering. In reality no one has suffered more than our creator. He suffers daily when His chosen people reject His will. He paid for the allowance of sin into the world. He suffered by watching His innocent son be put to death.
The number one lie of atheist is that disease come from God. It is vital that you understand that God did not create us to die. He create us to live and serve Him. Sickness, disease and pain do not come from God. Children do not get sick because God is angry at them or their parents. Sickness is just a reminder that an act of disobedience to our Creator (the fall of man) destroys our relationship with God and consequently cause sickness, disease, pain, war, and lack to enter the world. But because God loves us He decided to bring us back to him. From the fall of man until the arrival of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the Bible is filled with God's redemption efforts. Everything God has done since the fall is part of the plan to unite us back to him and to restore us the way He always intended. Jesus was sent to reconcile us with the Father. Jesus healed the sick to prove to them that He had the authority to forgive sin and offer them eternal life which will bring them back to God. The forgiveness of sins that Jesus offers through His suffering, His humiliating and public death at Calvary, and His glorious resurrection brings a permanent healing to you and I.

Love Like Jesus

Love Like Jesus

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:12-14

It is fair to say that all of us have the need to love and to be loved. Whether we wish to admit it or not, we all wish for someone who love us, honor, fuss about us, take care of us, and shower us with attention. The truth is true love is worth finding.

Is It possible to love like Jesus? Is it really possible to love our neighbors like ourselves? Are we capable of love so true? I personally have tried to love others deeply but sooner or later I always give up. Either because it took too much energy or because I did not get enough in return. No matter how hard I have tried in the past, in the midst of a disappointment, arguments or/and frustration, I always come to the inevitable conclusion that it was not worth the energy and my best efforts or noble intentions just would not cut it. I want to love and be loved like Christ. To love others like we love ourselves is an order that came directly from the mouth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Is it possible to love so truly? Why do you think there are so many single people in the world? All are searching for the one thing they are not even able to offer. Some even believe that they will never find true love and others think they are not worthy of love. I have learned from growing up at church that most people want to be compassionate, good, generous, kind and loving towards each other but only on a "good day." As some point their patience always run thin because the human side of us is intolerant and that can be a major obstacle. My own conclusion is that I can love. I am able to love. I have loved and I love now very deeply. The problem is I am not able to love perfectly. My love tend to diminish or mutate completely when faults, weakness, stubbornness, and imperfections surface. My human instinct (as a person who has previously endured imperfect love) is to run when relationships seem to take a not so pretty turn. Like me, you probably don't like to make yourself vulnerable. I don't want to hurt and refuse to be hurt again and it is that fear of POSSIBLE hurt that makes people hold back and keeps them from experiencing perfect love.

Friend, no matter what you have done and no matter who has told you differently, you are significantly loved. The most magnificent, awesome, loving, caring and thoughtful being to ever existed is interested in a relationship with you and  He's got good intentions. He is  promising marriage. How about that! He knows you completely, and yet He loves you perfectly and eternally. He love you so much that he made himself vulnerable even though he knew for CERTAIN that his love will cost him his life. Jesus did not ask us to do anything He did not do first. He wants us to love as He loves: unconditionally. How are we suppose to do something so impossible? Jesus tells us exactly how to love so truly: With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.” Mark 10:27. He is saying that it is impossible for us to love like that on our own but it is possible through Him. He explains it clearly in the parable of the vine and the branches. He says that He is the vine and we are the branches and it is only when attached to him that we will be able to bear fruits. As we mature in faith, we will gradually let go of self and hang on to Christ more. As we trust Christ, we will become more like him and we will become more patient and compassionate with others. Then and only then, we will be able to love truly and unconditionally as Jesus loves.

And you shall love the Lord your God out of and with your whole heart and out of and with all your soul (your life) and out of and with all your mind (with your faculty of thought and your moral understanding) and out of and with all your strength. This is the first and principal commandment. The second is like it and is this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these. Mark 12:30-31 (Amplified Bible)

Father, it's not always easy for me to love others. Thank You for your wonderfully perfect love for me. I pray you will enable me to love others just as you have loved me. Amen!

Praise the Lord!
