Count on God!

How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings. Psalm 36:7

David was a very spiritual man. God said "a man after my own heart"). He admitted he had challenges and expressed them through song in his psalms. The reality is there are so many people struggling through life with one form of challenge or another. I think what happens is that when we go through hard times, somehow we feel like we are the only one going through it. We tend to feel like no one else has been through this or even see the vulnerable places of our heart and can relate to what’s going on in your life. We tend to forget that we still have God on our side, and He is the one who really matters. God wants us to trust Him. He does provide for those who put their trust in Him. When He wanted to provide for Abraham, He tested his faith by asking him to sacrifice his only son (we know that God did not spare his own son for our salvation). God wants us to trust Him. He does provide for those who put their trust in Him. When He wanted to provide for Abraham, He tested his faith by asking him to sacrifice his only son (we know that God did not spare His own son for our salvation). A man of God has this to say about faith "Faith isn’t believing in God in spite of evidence but it is obeying in spite of consequences."

Christians still count on their own ability. When in trouble, they get discouraged if they are unable to see a way out. They worry time and again and finally, in absolute frustration and when they have exhausted all they know to do, they finally surrender and declare that it's now "in God's hands?" Friend, God should not be your last resort. He is our first and only hope, God will really provide for those who trust in and understand that He is indeed Jehovah Jireh. After analyzing my life, from childhood to today and after reading my Bible thoroughly, I am convinced that is NOTHING that cannot do. God can do all things. "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist" Colossians 1:16-17. As believers in Christ, you and I must trust the Lord. When troubles come, we must trust that God it all under control and that He has our best interest at heart. The True Believer does not ask why he should trust God; instead, he asks, "How can I trust God more fully?" The true believer does not ask why this and that has happened or haven’t happened to me, he instead invite God to use him as He sees fit.

God loves us and wants to help us with ALL our problems (from a broken nail, loss of employment, to our struggle with Diabetes, Cancer, High Blood Pressure, liver and Kidney Diseases, to our broken relationships and our emotional trials). All we have to do is let Him in. He wants to help. He wants to be in our lives. He wants us to experience His peace but we need to read and meditate on the Word to know him better. We can only trust someone we know. Friend, get to know God. Let Him be to you what He already is: Your creator, your provider, your healer, you joy, your peace, your salvation and your everything. Let not your heart be discouraged. He is able!

No weapons of disease, no weapons of death, no weapons formed against you shall prosper. Trust God. the adversary cannot win.

Be saved! Be healed! Be delivered!

"The fear of man brings a snare: but whoever puts his trust in the LORD shall be safe" (Proverbs 29:25)

Psalm 3

Lord, how many are my foes!
How many rise up against me!
Many are saying of me,
    “God will not deliver him.[b]
But you, Lord, are a shield around me,
my glory, the One who lifts my head high.
I call out to the Lord,
and he answers me from his holy mountain.
I lie down and sleep;
I wake again, because the Lord sustains me.
I will not fear though tens of thousands
    assail me on every side.
Arise, Lord!
    Deliver me, my God!
Strike all my enemies on the jaw;

Friend, there is nothing impossible to God. I cannot stress this enough. You can go to Him with all of your troubles and not just some of them. He really cares about you. When you have a pressing need, you must be diligent by bringing it to the Lord in prayers. Being diligent does not mean to be consumed by your situation. Remember God is in control. He is waiting to deliver you. His plan for your life is a good one. Trust Him for complete victory, and it doesn't matter if somebody you know went through the same situation and yet he/she didn't have victory. Don't measure God's ability by what is going on in somebody else's life.

Diligence means that you have to pray and read the word dealing with the issue you are going through. Let's say you need healing; then you must read and meditate on healing as often as you can. Faith comes by hearing (understanding) the word of God. You must read the word, listen to tapes and CD's. You must confess the outcome expected. You do the same thing when dealing with financial issues and so on.

Is the devil giving you trouble at every turn today? Is he trying to shake you down? If so, you have the power to turn the table on him. Start making him miserable for a change. You have the power to do it. You have the power inside of you to destroy his works, to heal, to deliver, to set the captives free, to reclaim you peace of mind, your emotional wholeness. An anointed man of God told my mother years ago that she has so much power in her that every time she wakes up in the morning the devil should worry and fear. The word of God says the devil should flee from us and not the other way around. (James 4:7) Jesus died to destroy the work of the devil (1 John 3:8). You have power through the blood of Christ.

At this very moment, right now, as you are reading this, the power of Christ is working within you. Align your thoughts with His might and you will accomplish great things. It does not matter what the situation looks like. You are to keep walking by faith and not by sight. You are more than a conqueror in Christ. You are destined to win in Jesus Name.

I command you to go give the devil some trouble today by acting the power you know you have (in Jesus) and by walking in faith and perfect peace. You are not alone. You have power in Jesus. You are powerful!

Praise the Lord!

Are You Saved?

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

Saved means SAVED! It means delivered from something that, without intervention, would result in injury or death. It means to be preserved from something. Even the dictionary will tell you that being saved, in the religious sense, involves deliverance or preservation/redemption. God says true salvation is being delivered from death, but this is not what is commonly believed.

What is salvation? I recently found out that there are people who have been going to church all of their lives and yet they are not saved. There are people who go to church weekly and yet they are not sure that they are saved. they still argue about destination after physical death. Sadly. people do not read their Bible. Friend, you can believe the plan of salvation and go to hell. You're not saved by the plan of salvation; You are not saved by going to church and do good. You're saved by the Man of salvation: Jesus Christ. His blood made salvation possible. You say, "Well, I believe if you live right, you'll go to heaven, "I'm a member of a good Bible-believing church." It's not any of these things. It's Christ. My pastor says to me when I was probably ten years old that Salvation is not believing something; it is receiving Someone: The Lord Jesus Christ.

Salvation is one of the promises of God to all believers: to be given the gift of eternal life. To be "saved" in the full sense of the word means to have received eternal life. The word salvation is also used to describe the process we go through before we can receive eternal life. (In a few scriptures "saved" refers to redemption, one of the steps in the process of salvation). The Bible exposes the life of Paul's epistles we can witness his struggle against his flesh upon accepting his salvation. You cannot be saved and continue the life you lived before, you cannot be saved and continue to lie or cheat or whatever your stronghold may be. Salvation must bring change. It's alright to struggle periodically but true salvation brings transformation.

We are all Spiritual beings. All of us will live eternally. The only question is where will each one of us will spend eternity? There are only two destinations and one simple choice today will decide your destination. It is that simple. Everyone will eventually face the death penalty. Since the wages of sin is death. You should be concerned. It is very important to know where you stand. Where you are going to spend eternity should be a major concern. You know your life better than anyone else. Look inside of you and answer these questions for yourself: Am I saved? Am I a work in progress? Am I changing or am I living the way I always lived? You may lie to your family and friends, and you may even lie to yourself but God is omniscient, all knowing, He sees everything, nothing escapes Him, Glory! It's time to get real and make the proper adjustment. Repent of your sins, accept God grace through Christ and start your new life: Eternal Life. Eternal life does not start after death. You can start it here on earth right now by choosing Christ as your lord and Savior. It is not as complicated as you have heard.

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

Salvation is only by faith through Christ. Nothing else will do: not your generosity and not your good heart. You can be sure of your salvation. You no longer have to wonder. My friend, invite the Lord Jesus Christ in your heart today and be sure!

Praise the Lord!

We have been learning about the things that made the Devil feel at home in our lives. The list is quite long, we will not continue to cover example. You understand by now, that anything that does not glorify God in your life attracts the Devil.

Friend, you can pray, you can fast, you can ask people to lay hands on you and cast the Devil out of your life, but I can assure you that nothing will change until you repent and make the quality decision to stop Satan's influence over your life. You have to be willing. Now it does not matter what area of your life need the change, it can be victory over sins, it can be restoration of your mind and soul, or physical health, it can be emotional wholeness, nothing will change until you make the cautious decision to get "your" victory. Remember, Jesus had asked the man at the pool of Bethesda, wilt thou be whole? (John 5:6). He did not ask him would you like to be well. The man had to be willing in order to receive healing.

God sent Jesus to the cross to carry our burdens, to give us victory over sins and to make us whole. He bore our sicknesses, He carried our diseases, and He already won every battle "you are facing by His death on Calvary, but it takes decision from your part to receive the victory you are searching for. It requires determination on your part before you can actually achieve victory. Decide to be free today.

Joy of Giving......

I heard this quote once, "What I spent I had; what I kept, I lost; what I gave, I have!"

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." Luke 6:38

"He has given with open hands to the poor; his righteousness is for ever; his horn will be lifted up with honor". Psalms 112:9

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

Jesus said, it is more blessed to give than to receive. The word "blessed" means happy, fortunate joyful, prosperous, and successful. In other words, the greater degree of happiness is experienced/found when we give. People often say: where does it say it in the Bible? They are fighting it because most of us like to be on the receiving end of a gift. That is why most of us look forward birthdays. No body ever says: I am looking forward somebody else's birthday or cannot wait to give!.

In the book of Acts chapter 20:32-35 Jesus said: "And now I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified. I have coveted no one’s silver or gold or clothes. You yourselves know that these hands ministered to my own needs and to the men who were with me. In everything I showed you that by working hard in this manner you must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.” He didn't make a suggestion. To not give is to disobey God. We need to be believers and doers of the Word of God. Friend, God says it, then it is settled: It is more blessed to give than to receive.

We know that God word is truth and life. We can believe Jesus because He knows a thing or two about giving. "But Jesus loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father." (Revelation 1:5-6). He gave His best by giving His life. Glory! Of all the good things we receive from the hand of the Lord physically and emotionally, none can compare to what we receive spiritually through Jesus sacrificial death and glorious resurrection. So you see, God command us to do something He had done. He gave. He gave Himself. Today, give not only what you have in excess but a sacrificial gift. Give something that you will feel, something of value and be blessed. Our Lord said in Luke 6:38 "Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. 1 John 3:17-18

"And Father how grateful I am for your love! You gave me your best: your son Jesus Christ, my Savior and my Lord. It is in His name that I am  asking you to please equip me with the gift of discernment so I can know how to effectively help those around me. I want to be more like you every day and in every way. I want to give freely and happily to those in need. I want to represent you through spirit and in truth." Amen.

Let us believe the Word of God, and let us also comply with it!

Christ Loves me......

Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. John 14:1

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

The love of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has no limitations. As He was approaching the end of His ministry one would think that He'd be more concerned about what was to happen to Him (He was about to accomplish His mission by dying on the cross to reconcile man with God), but He wasn't worried about himself. He instead chose to comfort the disciples. He knew what was in man and was well aware of what was passing in the minds of His disciples. He knew how they were troubled, and what anxious, and despairing thoughts were arising in their hearts, and He could not help but be touched with the feeling of their infirmities. They could not enter into His feelings; but He, could enter into theirs. There was room in His large heart for their sorrows, as well as His own. He feels their griefs, as if they were His own; and kindly comforts those whom He knew were soon to desert Him in the hour of His deepest sorrow.

"Let not your heart be troubled" (John 14:1). It was the sorrows of their hearts which now occupied the great heart of love and not His destiny. The disciples were troubled at hearing that one of them should betray Him (John 13:21). They were troubled at seeing their Master "troubled in spirit" (John 13:21); troubled because He would remain with them only a "little while" (John 13:33); troubled over the warning He had given to Peter, that he would deny His Lord not once or twice but tree times. They must have been confused because right after His entry into Jerusalem they had heard Him speak of Himself as the "corn of wheat" which must fall into the ground and die. He had said, "Yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you." All this must have been sufficient to fill them with anxiety and sorrow. Jesus of course knew it. He understood their sorrow and opted to once again put their needs before His own.

Friend, it should be remembered that the Lord and Savior Jesus was speaking not only to the Eleven disciples, but to us as well. "Believe in God," is an exhortation which we constantly need. "Let not your heart be troubled" definitely was not addressed to the eleven disciples alone. It is as relevant today for you and I. Friend, God knows what is best for you. He is still in control of "your" world, and He makes all things work together for "your" good. He is on the throne, ruling the army of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth and our savior.  Jesus Christ is sitting at His right constantly reminding Him of His great love for "you", the love that cause Him to die so that you may have abundant; therefore have no fear. Though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though your world seem upside down and your trials and tribulations come thick and fast, still worry not.

Though you are misunderstood and unappreciated, though your children abandon you, and you are rejected by a spouse, your last relationship ended once again and no one seems to care about you, but my dear friend you can believe in the absolute, immutable, and unconditional love of God. "If God be for us who can be against us?" Believe in the love that sent His only son to die so that you and I can become a son/daughter of the almighty God. Believe in His absolute sovereignty, His infinite wisdom, His unchanging faithfulness; believe in the limitless compassion of God. Believe in the One who put your needs before His own. Believe that one day (soon) He will come to take you with Him so you can be where is for all eternity. "If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am, there you may be also." John 14:3

The Lord Speaks!

In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. Hebrews 1:1-2

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

God is a good Father and an awesome communicator. His children know how to expect because He always tell them ahead of time and even when they go against His will He always finds a way to bring them back to Him. Since the Fall of Man, God had made talking to His children a habitual occurrence. He spoke to Moses, Abraham, David, the prophet Isaiah and many more people in the Old Testament and yet God people continue to live wickedly. In the New Testament, God decided to send His Son as an act of love. Jesus is the Word of God.

Friend, when you find yourself in need of a word from God, look up to Jesus. He is the Word of God to us. Jesus should be your go to contact in times of great need. He walks on this earth as a man. He knows the struggle you are up against and He knows how to help you because He himself was tempted in every area (but never sin). He understands temptation and He will give you victory because He overcomes the world. Jesus was never afraid. He walks with the confidence of the love of the Father and He exercise authority over sickness, temptation and (wait for it) even death. Jesus taught us by example how to live in fellowship with the Father and how to have dominion over the creation.

God does not have to say another word. He already sent you a word. He sent you His only Son. Are you in need of Wisdom? Look into the Word. Do you need healing mind, body and soul? Look into the Word. Do you need financial freedom? Look into the Word. Do you need to renewal dead relationships? Look into the Word. Do you need salvation for a loved one? My dear friend look into the Word. Jesus is the Word. He is God. He is Lord forever!

Put the Word to good use. Apply the Word to your situation and be blessed!

Praise the Lord!

The Lord is my Help!

My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:2

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

In the day that I called you, you answered me, and you have increased the strength of my soul. Psalm 138:3

www.bibletourwithjoline.com

www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

When I was growing up, my mother used to say that God was her own personal God. She knew He loves humanity but they had such personal relationship that she really believed that God only loved her. My mother only referred to God as "My God" In every prayer. Her relationship with God is something she treasured. It is amazing how many times and in how many ways He gets me out of situations that my disobedience or ignorance had created. God is good and faithful. He is slow in anger and abounding in love. When you place your trust and your hope in Him you can be certain that you will come out victorious. As recent as this morning, God came through for me in a big way. I was having a serious problem and nobody offered help.Granted,I did not ask anyone, but I knew God would open a door and surely enough He did. He manifested His might in a way I could not foresee. The more I trust God, the more He shows His glory. My friend, it is true that God is able to do exceedingly and beyond what you can think. God is able.

Listen, the immature Christian that I used to be would worry about the issue that I had to deal with last night. I would have rallied the troops. I would have called a family meeting or conference call. I would have asked for help and I would be disappointed and discouraged and I would most likely stayed up all night worrying  before deciding to tell God about it. But I have learned to trust Him. I have finally learned to talk to Him first and now I am reaping the harvest of our relationship. Giving God first place in our lives means we live, follow, and obey His will concerning every situation we face. When we do that, we give permission to operate in our situations. There is nothing sweeter than the fruit of answered prayer. God honors faith. He is faithful! My dear friend, have you committed yourself to walking in fellowship with God through life? Because this is where the Christian life must begin. Like my mother, you must be aware that "God is my God." You must be committed to the relationship. You must be on fire/Gung-Ho/enthusiastic when it comes to living for the glory of God. He will reward your dedication and devotion. God will not take you for granted.

God promises grace to help us in time of trouble and He will deliver on his promises. My need last night and this morning was material but often times our needs are not material and they are rather pressing. In times of great needs it is easy to be discouraged and there is always the temptation to despair, bitterness, and depression, but it is in the midst of our trouble that God shows Himself. Glory! It is during the times when no one seems to care, and when we at the end of our rope and that God will hear and meet us in our needs and that is why a relationship with God is so fulfilling. He always near. He always willing to help. He cares.

My friend, you must learn that God is your help for every need. No matter the stress (spiritual, relational, emotional, financial, physical), and no matter how tremendous/overwhelming the pressures may be to keep maintain the faith, the Lord will meet all your needs that is His promise to you. God really cares. Try Him. You will not be deceived. Invite God in your daily routine and you will soon experience the difference. You will worry less. You will speak less. You will sleep better. You will rest easy knowing that your help never fail. Your help is mighty . Your help is able! Psalm 34:8 says, Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.

And Father I thank you for being all that I ever need. In Jesus name my Lord I pray. Amen.

My Rock and Fortress.......

The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalm 18:2

God has a reputation of being everything to His people. He was David's fortress, Daniel's deliverer and my rock. The first time rock appeared as a metaphor for God was when Jacob blessed Joseph. He calls God “the Rock of Israel.” That is a powerful image of God. I grew up in a mountainous Caribbean islands and rocks are not easily moved and they are used for safety. When I think of rocks, I think of a place of safety. When I was a child my mother was my rock. I knew God, My mother was my safety, my go to person for comfort and when she unexpectedly died in her mid thirties my world also crumbled. I desperately needed someone I can turn to and someone who cares and could make things better. Fortunately my mother was a praying woman who lived by the Word of God. She made sure we knew God. When nothing else made sense, I always found refuge in the Lord. When I was at my weakest point the Lord was my rock.

Thankfully, I was introduced to God as a child and I grew up knowing Him as my rock. I did not have to struggle with it as an adult. I was blessed to have known God as my rock, my stronghold and deliverer at an early age. Now as an adult, I realized that I have been through many changes. I have had high and low moments. I have lived many places. I have experiences certain level of success and I struggled in some areas but God has always been consistent. He remains faithful through my ups and downs. He remains my rock. As I am facing some challenging times, I am encouraged for I know my redeemer lives. He will work it all out for my good. I do not have to be afraid.

My dear friend, you too need a rock. You need someone who cares. You need someone who will always hear you. You need someone to shelter you in time of great danger. God is the ultimate rock. The One who will never leave you or forsake you. The beauty of it is that you do not have to ask God to be your rock. He already is your rock. When you are hurting and need a hiding place, go to him. When you are happy and need to share your joy, go to him and give him praise. He is the One who causes everything to work out for your good. He is a good father who only wants good for his children. You need God all the time. Invite Jesus Christ into your life and let God be for you what he has been for many before you: A fortress, a stronghold, a refuge and a rock!

God Restores!

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! 5 This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath[a] enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 37:4-6

www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

God can restore whatever situation you are facing today. The Bible is filled with countless stories of restoration. Redemption is major theme in the Bible. God wants his people to trust Him and to live in total peace. There is nothing that He cannot do. I am sure you remember what He did for Joshua, Daniel and many more. Do you remember the story of Paul in the island of Malta? Paul was beaten by a poisonous snake? The people of the island thought he would die and started to speculate that perhaps he was a murder and later on they concluded he must be a god. Did Paul die? Though your situation seems dangerous right now, it is not the end. Don't you worry! God wants to restore you. People maybe talking about you and laughing behind your back but God is about to lift you up for his glory. You have to stand firm and you have to hang on to the word of God. He promise to never forsake you and He will not. He is the promise keeper. He will do what He says. He can be trusted. He will restore health back in to you. He will restore your finances. Your love ones will come back to Christ."I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten--the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm my great army that I sent among you." Joel 2:25

How many times have you wished you can turn back to time and have a new beginning? How often have you wished you could get something back whether it is a health, wealth or a love one? With God every day is an opportunity for new beginning. Lamentations 3:23 says that His mercies are new every morning. God loves you so much that He chose to forgive and forget our sins and our past by the cleansing blood of Jesus. Why wouldn't He restore you? God wants you to know that He loves you. He is with you through high and low. He sees you. He hears you. He is a good Father. You are not an orphan. There will come a time when He will dry your tears and He will not allow you to be shamed and talked about anymore. This is the truth. The situation you are facing is temporary. God is going to show up in a major way.He will breathe new life into you.

Then the LORD your God will restore your fortunes and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you. Deuteronomy 30:3

I Shall Not Be Moved!

Do not be afraid of sudden terror or of the ruin of the wicked, when it comes, for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught. Proverbs 3:25-26

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

There are a few passages in the Bible where God tell us to “Fear Not”. I found 31 verses, there could be even more, and that makes me wonder why the word of God discusses fear? God knew that our journey here on earth wouldn't be easy and we’d have to face some challenging times and we may be tempted to fear, as the loving father that He is, He left us with certain guidelines to get through our temptations. Fear can paralyzed you and keep you fro praying and keep you from enjoying the life that God gave you. Well, fear is a powerful force that can keep your focus off of God, and that is the most dangerous aspect of fear. We tend to focus on our circumstances more than God, but Jesus died on the cross to take us from our circumstances. So many Christians today worry about things they have no business worrying about. The word God urges us to bring all our burdens to God. Not some of them, not the ones we can’t fix ourselves but all of them.

Fear should not be in the heart of the believer because it is rooted in unbelief. Faith and fear cannot co-habit. You either have faith or you don’t. If you are terrorized by the fear of what might suddenly happen to you, around you or in the life of your love ones than you are in disobedience because the word of God tells us not to worry because God is able to supply all of our needs. He has done it before and He will do it again. There are a lot going on today, from wars to national disasters, to numerous scary/devastating new diseases that keep coming out of no where. There are numerous natural disasters in every part of the globe, but we remain in faith because we believe in God’s ability to come through for us. We know whose children we are.

My friend, don't worry. Whatever it is you are fighting right now is temporary. God is going to work it out. As a matter of fact, Christ already won the battle for you more than 2000 years ago. Whatever it is, as hard and hopeless it may seem in the natural, DON’T WORRY. It is already taken care of in the spiritual. God is the answer. He wants to help and He is able. Call on His name and invite in, tell Him about your trouble, He cares and loves you. Remain in faith and He will see you through it. There is no need to fear when you put your faith in God.

Be courageous and be fortified in Jesus name.

Praise the Lord!

Healer!

Let the Word of God speaks louder than anyone else. All of God promises are yes and amen. They are yours. Receive them.

“I refuse to fail!” That what you need to tell the devil and every challenge in your life! No matter what storms come against you, the Greater One lives on the inside of you & He will empower you to live in victory in every area of your life. It is time to speak life over your situation! Take authority and establish a word of victory over your body. All enemies are conquered before you ever face them. Jesus defeated them at the cross. Cancer, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Dementia, Multiple sclerosis don't have any power over you. Healing is yours in Jesus Holy name. Confess this today “I simply refuse to become agitated anymore; I am holding on to my peace at all costs. Reject fear, and embrace faith. Let your heart remain fixed trusting in Jehovah.

1. Psalms 118:17 “I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of Jehovah.”

2. Psalm 6:2 Have mercy upon me, O Lord, for I am weak: O Lord, heal me, for my bones are vexed.

3. Psalm 30:2 O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

4.Psalm 103:1-3 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgives all thine iniquities, who heals all thy diseases.

5. Psalm 102:1-2 Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come unto thee. Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.

6. Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

7. Psalm 73:26 My body and mind may waste away, but God remains the foundation of my life and my inheritance forever.

9. Psalms 91:1-16 - Friend, this is a glorious psalm. Confess it, pray it.
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Jehovah, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust.

My God is AWESOME at problem-solving ... He is the Problem-Solver.

14. James 5:14-16 “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. ”

15. Matthew 21:21 “Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.”

16. Jeremiah 30:17
"But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the LORD.

17. Isaiah 53:4-5 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.

Father how grateful I am for your love! You are my everything. I am at a crossroad. I totally depend on you. You are my healer. You are the One I turn to for help in moments of weakness and times of need. I ask you to be with me in this illness. Psalm 107:20 says that you send out your Word and heal. Please send your healing Word to me. In the name of Jesus, drive out all infirmity and sickness from my body. Thank you for healing me mind, body and soul in Jesus name.

Are you praising your Heavenly Father for what He has already done for you? You are healed, made whole and disease free. Hallelujah! Thank you Jesus.

Believe!

Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." John 20:29

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

Without faith we cannot please God. There are two worlds: The seen and the unseen. Which one are you going to believe? There are two teachers: Jesus Christ and the devil. Which one are you going to listen to? The choice is totally up to you. You can follow Jesus and live eternally and you can follow the devil and spend a life or torments and eternity in the lake of fire. The choice is yours. It is a simple choice but many choose not to have abundant life. Friend, looking out the unseen things will only be achieve by the word of God. the Word of God is the highest authority. The Word God should be ruling/dictating your life and not the word of man.

David and Abraham, for example, are two men who live by faith and how great were their rewards! The word of God is what validate your faith because faith comes by hearing the word of God. When you believe that you receive you will have it and we know we receive when we ask according to His will and we know that God is the giver of life and the giver of all good things. God wants you to be healthy and live and abundant life. You have victory over sickness, disease and pain. You can walk in victory no matter what you see, no matter what you heard and no matter what the doctors say. Our heavenly father have given us a blank check and all we have to do is deposited and start making withdrawals.

My dear friend, when you choose God you cannot lose. Choose God and you will win. It is is a win-win situation. You can live in constant fear or you can rely on God's word. You can believe that God will honor His word to heal you and live in expectation. It does not matter if the cyst is still visible, if you still feel pain and if the doctors say it is hopeless. God says it, and that settles it. You are healed. You are made whole. You will overcome this situation. Abraham believe God and become a father when he was 100 years old. It was impossible by all accounts. Sarah became a mother at 90 years old. I am sure she was told by all in her surroundings that it would be impossible. God is the God of possibilities.

God can do it all and the Bible says in Malachi 3:6 that God will never change. He still doing the things He has always done. He is capable of doing the things He has done in the past. He can heal your body, your mind, your emotion and your broken heart. He can give you that job you so desperately seeking. He is able and willing to work a miracle in your finances. He is able to restore that broken relationship. He is able to bring the loss child back home. He is able to help restore that child with the learning disability. He is able to lift you up. He is able to fill you with joy and a new hope for the future. He is able to give you wisdom about that big move you been wanting to make. HE IS ABLE. HE IS ABLE. HE IS ABLE!

My dear friend do not give up. Believe in God no matter what you see or hear. Believe without seeing. It does not matter if the tests remain unchanged. Hang on to His word and do not listen the teacher of defeat and lies. Choose the giver of life. Choose truth. Choose the Word of God and be blessed, be healed, be delivered, be made whole, and be set free!

I am the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:27

Ah Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You. Jeremiah 32:1

Great Love....

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

www.bibletourwithjoline.com/dailydevotions.asp
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com

I went through a couple of years of denial following my mother's death. I refused to pray. I refused to honor God. I refused to eat. It sounds silly now but it made perfect sense to the twelve-year old that I was. I decided that it was all a scam and God did not exist and if He did exist, He did not love me. The truth is I knew God. I loved Him but He never had my whole heart. I only loved him when all was perfect. In my own way I thought I was punishing him by denying him. Even in my rebellion I knew that there was a God. How can I punish Him if he did not exist? I was miserable not only because of the loss of my mother but also because I was grieving the relationship God and i once had. I missed our fellowship and I did not want to admit it. Thinking back today, It scares me that I stayed away for so long. But even when I ignored God, He did not forget about me. Though I no longer loved him, He loved me anyway. He brought me face to face with my own mortality and I came back running. I cried over the loss of my mother so hard and so long that I forgot that I was also a mortal. I forgot how desperately I needed God but one day He gave me an experience that was greater that having both parents alive. He touched my heart and restored our relationship. He reconnected with me and brought me back home to him and that was a bigger miracle than healing. Friend, healing is minuscule compared to salvation. God taught me in one week the lesson that my mother tried to teach me for twelve years. I finally learned that there is no bad news when I have Jesus as Lord.It is a win/win situation. Regardless of what happened in my life, I still have God and that is all that I need. After it all said and done I will be with God in glory. My mother knew Christ as Lord and Savior and she is now with him in glory and there is no better deal than Jesus.

I do not know why God did not spare my mother's life but I believe that all things work together for our good. My mother had her own relationship with Christ. I did not have inside information concerning their relationships but I know that God is a living God. I know that He is a giver of life and not a taker. I know without a doubt that everything that happens in my life is part of His divine plan and that God is putting me in position for the next stage of my life. I know that God cares about me. I know that He loves me despite my imperfections and when I become to look inside of me and away from my circumstances I was able to feel His unconditional love.

Dear friend, are you at a crossroad? Do you believe that God had forsaken you? I have good news: God cares. He loves you. He hears your prayer and He wants to save you. God wants to touch you also but He does not want part of you. He wants all of you. God is a good father and He wants to cradle you in his arms. He wants to consume you and He wants to shower you with his love but are you willing to receive it? What do you want more? Do you want a relationship with God or do you want all the riches of the world? Friend, it is time to come to God and remain at his feet. He says to seek his righteousness and everything else will be added on to you. Are you one of those people who are going through the motion but never really make a real connection with God? It is about time that you let that love that is inside of you come to life. It is about time that you choose God. He already chose you. God wants to touch you. He wants to reveal himself to you in a big way. Is your heart ready? He does not want you to be perfect. His love will perfect you. Come as you are. Health, wealth, family are all good but none of it greater than salvation. If you really want it all then come to God. Salvation is about healing mind body and soul. The Bible says to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved. Choose life (eternal).

Jesus Christ is the greatest miracle. The Bible says that every knee shall bow at the sound of his name. Cancer, Diabetes, Heart disease, High Blood Pressure and anything you may be facing today shall bow at the name of Jesus. When you have Jesus you have it all. Jesus comes with healing, joy, peace and salvation. My friend God loves you regardless of what you feel and what you see. It is time to step in your destiny and be what God wants you to be. When you have God, sickness no longer intimidate you. Sickness is an opportunity to experience God's glory. Go after Jesus and everything will change. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

Let us pray: Father in the name of Jesus I come before you today. Thank you for being an accessible Father. Thank you for opening up my heart to your truth. Thank you for sending your son. Thank you for your love and the gift of salvation. Thank you for pursuing me. Thank you for not giving up on me. I am no longer looking for treasure on earth. My treasure is in you. You are my redeemer. You have my complete attention and all of my heart. I no longer wish to be cautious when it comes to your kingdom. Use me for your glory. You have full access Father and please use me as you see fit. I love you and I adore you for only you are worthy, only you are holy and only you are God

Dealing with Tragedy!

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you.” Isaiah 43:2

www.bibletourwithjoline.com
www.bibletourwithjoline.blogspot.com
www.bibletouravecjoline.blogspot.com

How should we deal with grief? The world seems to be a very dangerous place. Natural disasters alone are enough to keep people running scared. There are more kidnapping than ever before and numerous gun-related shouting. Child abuse does even shock us anymore, it is part of our current event, but how do we deal with all of it? Do we run to the pharmacy for Valium like the world does? Should we sleep through life or should we face our grief head on? A friend told me the other day that he was thinking of moving somewhere safer than here. A place where there will be no hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquake, tsunami, ect. God is Omniscient, Omnipotent, Beginning and End. He is everywhere at the same time. We cannot escape His presence. He is able to protect us wherever we are. We don’t have to run scared and stay up all night. He who watches over us does not sleep. This is no time to be half-consecrated and some what dedicated. This is the time to go all the way with God, to give Him your whole life. This is the time to start relying on His might totally.

One of the lessons I recently learned is that we have to put the Word of God to good use. It’s nice to read it and to know the truth but you won’t really get excited about the Word of God until you realize that it’s more than just a collection of inspired stories and that it’s actually guideline provided by our heavenly father to carry us from victory to victory when we apply it to our life. The same power that raises Jesus from the dead is available to us. We are children of God. He is in us and us in Him. When dealing with grief we must call on God’s power. Naturally, our flesh cannot take much grief, but we do have the. God has everything in abundance and He wants to give us everything abundantly. It’s all at our disposal. He loves us too much to force anything on us, but when we ask, we do receive. Praise the Lord!

The Word God in the above scripture didn't say we would not pass through the waters, but it did promise to be with us when we do. Glory! When you go through the fire, you will not be scorched, so why are you afraid? You already know the outcome. When all is said and done, you are going to be alright. So how do you deal with grief? You do it with courage and faith, holding to God’s promises and by continuing to praise Him through it all. You are not another ordinary, lonely person. You are a special, extraordinary, legitimate son/daughter of the Living God. Stop trying to believe in God. Take it up to the next level by actually putting your faith in Him. It’s time to stop being a spectator, watching God work wonders in other people lives. It’s time to be part of it all and claim your inheritance. Once you do that, changes will start to take place in your life. I am so excited this morning, Are you excited? You and I have nothing to fear. We are never alone. In the middle of a month full of bad news God gives us a reason to smile, to hope and to move forward. Love, serve and praise God with your whole heart. Walk closely with Him in the good times and through your grief. Remember, God will not take your cares away from you. You have to give them to Him. As hard as it is, you are the one responsible to keep your thoughts under control, but you can do it, “Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world” 1 John 4:4

God is Greay!

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you.” Isaiah 43:2
