I Have Never Needed Jesus More...........

For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.
1 John 5:4

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Hebrews 4:16

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.  Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near. Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. philippians 4: 4-7

It is okay to need God. We all go through periods of ups and down. Actually, there has never been a time in my life when there were no challenges. How many times have you been in the midst of a trial and you just did not know what to do or you did not know where to turn. In desperation you cried out to God for help. Sometimes in the midst of our troubles we forget what we really have in the Lord Jesus Christ. Although it does always make sense, When we have issues in our lives that need attention, there are times that God will lead us to do some tough things, to make some tough choices. If you are like me, you'd probably would do anything to escape but the truth is that victory is for those who persevere. God honors faith. My friend, when it gets darker that is exactly when you need to trust God. He is able!

Listen friend, you are never nearer to God than when you are in deep trouble. In times of comfort and ease we tend forget God. In the worst of times, we suddenly remember. When you encounter trouble, know that Is ALWAYS with you. God is Omnipresent. He is  present at the same moment in all. If God is everywhere present, it also means that in all places, I am present to Him. It is comforting to know that all of my troubles are immediately in God presence. Do not make God your last stop but  make Him your first. It is only when you come to the realization that God is the Almighty, the Alpha and the Omega, the Good Shepherd, the Provider and  Healer that you will have the victory. When you are having trouble in your life, know that God is with you and know that your salvation and my position in Jesus Christ is off limits to the world and the flesh and to the devil.

Do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you,
I will help you, will uphold you with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10

Praise the Lord!
