What to Do when a Loved One is Sick

Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give me glory."
Psalm 50:15

"What do you mean, 'If I can'?" Jesus asked. "Anything is possible if a person believes."
Mark 9:23

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8"For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.… Matthew 7:7

The word of God has never ceased being true. Through your mountains and valleys God is immutable. He loves you. He is with you. He will never forsaken you. Ask God what you want. Go to Him bodly. Trust that God will come through for you.

The best thing to do for a loved one is the same thing you would do for yourself: Pray. My dear friend miracles are still possible. Do not listen to those who do not believe. Faith honors God and God honors faith. You have two options: worry yourself sick or trust God, the CEO of this world.  From my experience God always comes through. Do not let anxiety gets the best of you. Talk to your Father about all your concerns and then go to sleep. Do not worry. The word of God is still active.

Father, in the name of Jesus, heal your people this moment. Touch the family member that is sick. restore our peace. We honor you for who you are and we give you glory for what you are doing right now. We pray in Jesus name, our Savior and your Son.

Praise the Lord!
