Victory in Jesus

The LORD says: 'Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet. Psalms 110:1

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57

But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. 2 Corinthians 2:14

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

What is it you are supposed to do while being persecuted?
The Lord says to sit at His right and He will make your enemy a footstool for your feet. Never has He made it your victory clearer. Your enemies cannot win, as long as you sit at His right; being at His right means a powerful place, "Under your feet" means "where you have destroyed them". Now, God knew that His people (old and young) were going to have opposition and that they would have enemies, but He guaranteed victory.

The enemies are not just people. They could be the circumstances of your life: Sicknesses and pain, inability to find a job, or a spouse to share your life. The enemy could be your or inability to conceive a child or it could be any type of financial challenge, but God already made you a promise of abundance and all you have to do is accept it. You can do that by meditating and believe that you received. All of His promises are yours to keep. If you are a believer, you are a descendant of Abraham, David and Jacob. God will lift up your head; you shall not be the tail. Praise the Lord! You may be going through right now but it will not last. It will have to stop; it is a promise of God to you. Your health will be restored. Your neighbors are going to stop persecuting you. This situation with your boss is going to end. Your marriage is going to be restored and love ones are going to come to the Lord. It is done.

Let your mouth be filled with praise, have the knowledge that the evil doers and the circumstances of your life are temporary. God will restore you and place you back in place of honor and abundance. Align your thoughts with God words and soon, very soon the victory you already have in the supernatural will manifest itself in the natural.

Friend, you cannot forget who you are in Christ. You are more than a conqueror. You cannot give up. Victory is yours. Victory was won at Calvary. The devil is a liar. Your situation is not hopeless. Doctors can be wrong. Hold on to the truth. Hold on to Christ. Have a blessed weekend and be positive! Know that your life is about to change,and that you are going to experience God limitless ability to change your circumstances. Be ready, your cup is going to be filled. It is a promise of God.

Praise the Lord!

Psalm 139

Psalm 139

1 You have searched me, LORD,
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, LORD, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.

7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.

13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts,[a] God!
How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you.

19 If only you, God, would slay the wicked!
Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
20 They speak of you with evil intent;
your adversaries misuse your name.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, LORD,
and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
22 I have nothing but hatred for them;
I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.

Count on God

Count on God!

How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings. Psalm 36:7

David was a very spiritual man. God said "a man after my own heart"). He admitted he had challenges and expressed them through song in his psalms. The reality is there are so many people struggling through life with one form of challenge or another. I think what happens is that when we go through hard times, somehow we feel like we are the only one going through it. We tend to feel like no one else has been through this or even see the vulnerable places of our heart and can relate to what’s going on in your life. We tend to forget that we still have God on our side, and He is the one who really matters. God wants us to trust Him. He does provide for those who put their trust in Him. When He wanted to provide for Abraham, He tested his faith by asking him to sacrifice his only son (we know that God did not spare his own son for our salvation). God wants us to trust Him. He does provide for those who put their trust in Him. When He wanted to provide for Abraham, He tested his faith by asking him to sacrifice his only son (we know that God did not spare His own son for our salvation). A man of God has this to say about faith "Faith isn’t believing in God in spite of evidence but it is obeying in spite of consequences."

Some Christians still count on their own abilities. When in trouble, they get discouraged if they are unable to see a way out. They worry time and again and finally, in absolute frustration and when they have exhausted all they know to do, they finally surrender and declare that it's now "in God's hands?" Friend, God should not be your last resort. He is our first and only hope, God will really provide for those who trust in and understand that He is indeed Jehovah Jireh. After analyzing my life, from childhood to today and after reading my Bible thoroughly, I am convinced that is NOTHING that cannot do. God can do all things. "For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist" Colossians 1:16-17. As believers in Christ, you and I must trust the Lord. When troubles come, we must trust that God it all under control and that He has our best interest at heart. The True Believer does not ask why he should trust God; instead, he asks, "How can I trust God more fully?" The true believer does not ask why this and that has happened or haven’t happened to me, he instead invite God to use him as He sees fit.

God loves us and wants to help us with ALL our problems (from a broken nail, loss of employment, to our struggle with Diabetes, Cancer, High Blood Pressure, to our broken relationships and our emotional trials). All we have to do is let Him in. He wants to help. He wants to be in our lives. He wants us to experience His peace but we need to read and meditate on the Word to know him better. We can only trust someone we know. Friend, get to know God. Let Him be to you what He already is: Your creator, your provider, your healer, you joy, your peace, your salvation and your everything. Let not your heart be discouraged. He is able!

No weapons of disease, no weapons of death, no weapons formed against you shall prosper. Trust God. the adversary cannot win.

Be saved! Be healed! Be delivered!

"The fear of man brings a snare: but whoever puts his trust in the LORD shall be safe" (Proverbs 29:25)

Praise the Lord!

Happy New Year !

God Will Do A New Thing…………….

Image result for comfort of god

Remember not the former things, nor the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.  Isaiah 43: 18-19

As I am reflecting on the event in my life and the lives of those around me, I cannot help praising God for who He is. 2018 was something else, but we serve The Living God! He was everything we know Him to be: loving, faithful, omniscient, comforter and many more. Boy did He show Himself in 2018! For those of you who know me personally, you are aware that I buried my father late last year. The pain of watching him transition is still very much raw. My heart aches so much still, but God has been slowly and effectively healing the parts of me that are broken.  I am confident that soon enough I will remember Dad with a smile and with a joyful heart because he is now with God where he belongs.

God promise to be with us and I can tell you that I feel His comforting presence every day. Listen, let’s decide to take our love for our Heavenly Father to a new level. As God is doing something new, let us try something new as well. Let us trust Him more. Let us love our neighbors more.  Let us give more. Let us look more like Him every day. Let us make the decision to do something for someone else daily! Let us look for opportunities to serve! Let us make 2019 the year that we go all out for God!

May God bless you abundantly this year! May you know without any doubt that God is your strength, your comfort, and your source! May you know that He loves you more that you can comprehend! May you be assured that He is always with you and that He will never forsake you! Let us believe that God will do a new thing in your life this year!

Praise the Lord!
